Just what I needed 💚

I had my first reflexology session today, it was so relaxing, I felt so at ease with Hayley and will be returning very soon.

I had never had a Reiki or Reflexology session before & felt a little nervous as I pulled onto the car park but the clear directions forwarded by Hayley on exactly where the building was located & the entrance to her rooms helped enormously.
The session itself was wonderful, Hayley explained the process of the treatment & the whole 90 minutes just flew by. I felt very comfortable in her care & would definitely recommend to anyone who is considering trying this.

My wife had her first ever reflexology with Hayley yesterday. I think it's safe to say that she will be going regularly! She says it exceeded her expectations and she has never felt so deeply relaxed.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was gorgeous, a beautiful relaxing atmosphere and Hayley was so easy to speak too. This is my first time and I’ll be booking again as I’m on my feet all day so it’s time I looked after them. Thank Hayley for a lovely experience. X
